We offer a wide range of industrial steel flooring and walkways to Newcastle and Nationwide. Our flooring products are designed and manufactured to meet the Class 2 BS EN 1090 CE standard.

Metal Grate flooring is often used within industrial environments thanks to its strength and durability. We have various options of steel grate flooring available including diamond and rectangular pattern open mesh, and solid durbar pattern tread plate flooring. We also have FLP flooring which is created by combining open mesh with integral solid durbar top plate offering an increase in load capabilities. All of our steel flooring can be cut and shaped to take into consolidation any pipework, equipment or structural elements to a project.

Our range of Hinged Assisted Lift Access Covers are designed for use on a variety of projects. Our hinged access covers are available with both flush fitting and upstanding options subject to the site requirements.

This range of hinged access covers and frames are designed for use on a variety of applications that require frequent opening. Also incorporating heavy gauge torsion springs for compliance with manual handling regulations. Available in a number of loadings in line with FACTA load classifications.

The range covers products that are suitable for pedestrian areas through to chambers that need to take vehicular loadings. The complete range is designed to accept utility padlocks (supplied by others) to prevent unauthorised opening.

Defender Range

Our Defender range is a flush fitting that incorporates our unique locking mechanism. It is available in any size from 450 x 450mm clear opening to suit and chamber opening dimensions. The Defender range is suitable for all applications and can be security rated to LPS 1175 SR3/C5 and SR4/D10 when incorporating the Glidelock mechanism (SR4/D10 only).

Prolift

A flush fitting unit incorporating the Stamp-Lock locking mechanism, available in any size from 450mm x 450mm clear opening up to 3000mm x 2000mm. The Prolift range is suitable for all applications where the need for a seal is not a requirement.

Multi-Guard

This range of hinged cover and frame has been primarily designed for oversized chambers. With a modular design the Mult-Guard has no limit on the length of the chamber we can cover. This range includes both lift off and hinged cover sections which allows all sizes to be covered. The access cover provides high security when paired with the Stamp-Lock locking mechanism with a LPS 1175 SR3 security rating. Our Multi-Guard range includes our Multi-Guard 3 and Multi-Guard V3 Hinged Assist Lift Access Covers.

Upstand

Available in any size from 450 x 450mm clear opening to suit any chamber opening dimensions. The frame design allows for the grid to sit within the frame and thus not project into the chamber opening, ideal for all applications where an upstanding unit is acceptable.

Sentry

Approved to LPS 1175 issue 8 D10 or C5 security rating, the Sentry range design allows for suitable applications over potable water where security of seal and drawdown ventilation is required. The range incorporates a moated frame and inner cover which is sealed by a WRC approved sealing strip to ensure that the ingress of contaminated liquids is not possible.
